Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Passion for driving results and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Strong understanding of diesel engines, including their mechanics, maintenance, and applications.
Familiarity with current industry standards, emissions regulations, and technological advancements in diesel engines.
Willingness to continuously update knowledge about new products, technologies, and industry trends.
Professional demeanor and appearance to represent the company positively.
Ability to develop and maintain a network of contacts within the industry.
