Engineer, Material Management

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented teammate to join us as a "Material Management Engineer" within the Supply Chain Department. The position is located in Menemen, Izmir.

What will be your contributions:

• Managing the main processes of raw material and semi-complete material flow and all related sub-processes,
• Production of projects on improving the use of warehouse space,
• Planning future capacity requirements,
• Encourages teamwork to ensure that productivity goals are met,
• Leads the team working under material management,
• Taking an active role in the planning of the team's task distribution and performance monitoring,
• Making kit production plans according to the BOM lists of production targets in the main operation plan,
• To understand the internal customer requirements and manage the process in this way.

What will be the determinant:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Engineering
• Having experience in warehouse systems installation and management (such as addressing, barcode and terminal systems)
• Knowledgeable of ERP, worked with databases (preferably Oracle)
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant fields
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English
• Computer proficiency, especially MS Excel
• Quality orientation and high attention to detail
• Ability to perform problem analysis and problem resolution
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work in a planned and team
• Having team management skills
• Able to drive actively
