About the Job

An HR Generalist is a professional responsible for various human resources functions. Here are the key responsibilities of an HR Generalist:

1. Assisting in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: They participate in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
2. Employee Onboarding and Training: HR Generalists help onboard new employees and organize training and development initiatives.
3. Handling HR-Related Queries: They serve as the main point of contact for employees’ HR-related questions.
4. Policy Development and Implementation: HR Generalists contribute to creating and implementing HR policies.
5. Performance Management: They assist with performance reviews and analyze HR metrics.
6. Maintaining Employee Records: HR Generalists maintain employee files and records.

About You

1. Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is essential
2. Experience: Around 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator is often required
3. HR Administration Skills: Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
4. Record-Keeping: Excellent record-keeping skills.
5. HR Expertise: A solid knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
