Job Description

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE


In this role you will support the business with HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, Learning and development and other administrative related activities. This position will also support the employee services and compliance with employment regulations and liaison with government authorities.
The position is based in Casablanca and reporting to General Manager of Jotun Maroc.

Responsibilities:


  • Be the first point of contact for advice and input across aall HR areas.


  • Maintain and follow up on HR concepts, tools, and procedures.


  • Supports on matters related to improvement of general HR practices.


  • Keeps informed of developments in the field, works closely with local management teamto ensure smooth execution of all admin and employee related matters.


  • Coordinates the monthly payroll transactions and communicate the variables to the payroll consultant.


  • Support the collaboration of HR and internal stakeholders to strengthen awareness of HR’s role and function in the company and build relationships that help HR better support the business and its strategy.


  • Coordinate all admin related tasks in addition to handling company cars, fuel cards, toll tags etc.


  • Coordinate with company lawyer for company’s legal matters related to employee and admin related.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER


We Look For:


  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR & Admin field
  • Good knowledge of local labor laws, CNSS & CIMR
  • Work experience in an international company is a plus
  • Languages: French, English and Arabic are required
