Description
T24 administration Deploy correction and packages over test and production environment T24 COB administration Monitoring system performance and services Open tickets and report issues over the T24 portal Check T24 logs daily and escalate if there is any issue within the Logs Prepare test environments from the application layer Building a close working relationship with the development, Testing and Analysis teams Identifying improvements for future integration projects to make things better for colleagues and customers Determine and apply needed permissions by Job Role for each employee
Requirements
BC’s degree in computer science
Minimum 1 year of T24 Core Banking system experience good knowledge of TAFC, TAFJ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices* Oracle (PLSQL) knowledge is an added value.
