Senior Marketing Specialist-Procedural Marketing/ T&E specialist

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Associate Procedural Marketing/ T&E specialist – EBD to help us build up our therapy development activities.

The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable therapy development growth in India. Support sale & Marketing teams as the key point of contact between an organisation and the surgeon faculty/HCO for planning and execution of Training and Education programs.

·Develop plan for,

oProcedural adoption

oProcedural development 

·Use the market model excercise as a tool to understand procedural adoption for different therapies.

·Track adoption of therapy  at surgeon level.

·Coordinating with Key option leaders and entire sales team of that region on daily bases to driving T & E strategy

·Conduct  Awareness, Adoption, Application and Adovocay Programs

·Build & implement strategy for specific therapeutic areas

·Identify local KOL’s & work closely with sales team to develop the best in class training programs for the budding surgeons

·Collect and process comprehensive procedure data

·Plan and organize KOL engagement programs;  Coordinate with KOL/s and provide scientific support during the programs

·Engage KOL’s in cross functional specialties

·Implementation of Physician Connect Program & building internal capabilities.

·KOL engagement plan to support procedural adoption objective: identification, development, & establishing of scientific relationship with KOL’s.

·Identify local KOL’s & work closely with sales team to build procedural centers across pan India.

·Plan and organize programs;  Coordinate with KOL/s and provide scientific support during the programs

·Engage KOL’s in cross function specialty.

·Develop and execute plans to address prevalence of the procedure

·Develop innovative schemes to educate all stakeholders, incl. surgeons.

·Develop strategies to increase our Training and education footprints at existing surgeons

• ·BE/ Any Science Graduate and MBA from a Reputed Institute
